From odes to backyard citrus season to agricole-style rum, we craft each of our spirits with an eye toward culinary arts, giving each batch the same attention to detail as a fine wine.

Strawberry Liqueur

We combined sweet strawberries from Ponchatoula, LA, with our white rum to produce this great liqueur. On the nose, there is butterscotch, rose petals, and strawberries. On the palate, there is a little vanilla and butterscotch, along with cherry and the overall strawberry flavor. Our goal was to capture the taste of a ripe strawberry.

Satsuma Liqueur

Satsumas are all over the place during Satsuma season in Louisiana. Satsumas are smaller and have a more delicate flavor than most other citrus fruits. White Rum is the base for this unique spirit. This is great in a Daiquiri, on the rocks or over Vanilla Ice Cream.

How do you take your coffee? We like our sugar with coffee and cream. This is a combination of our excellent Coffee Liqueur combined with cream. This is a drink in a bottle.

Aged Rum

Our second-aged rum expression is a blend of 9 different barrels. 8 of the barrels are from used Double Oak Bourbon barrels from 2 different distilleries that lend great flavor to the Rum. The 9th barrel is 100% molasses rum aged in a red port barrel, a sister barrel to Batch 1. The result of this blending is a great “Rum for Whiskey drinkers.” The nose is caramel, floral, and has a little maple syrup. The palate is spicy, with sweetness on the front end, a long finish, and then finishes with oak and rose petals.
